Terms of service

Collector Station is a trading-card store and digital companion. You can buy digital packs, track cards in your vault, see live values, message the shop, and reserve inventory for in-store pickup. Backend-of-record for every transaction (pack purchase, vault ownership, payouts) is Collector Station's secure pack and ledger system.

When you buy a digital pack, our system pulls a real card from a real, owned pool and records ownership to your account. The on-screen reveal animation is presentational only — the pulled card is determined by the backend at payment confirmation time. Once recorded, the card is yours to hold, ship, sell back to Collector Station, or consign via the in-app flows.

All pack purchases are final. Once your pull is delivered it is yours to hold, ship, sell back to Collector Station, or consign — there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. If a payment error or system issue prevents a pack from being delivered to you (for example a duplicate charge or a failed pull), contact Support and we'll make it right case-by-case.

Packs are entertainment, not investment. Set a budget you can afford. If you ever want us to pause your account for any reason, message Support and we'll do it the same day, no questions asked.
