Summary in plain language

Rad Collective LLC(“we”) operates Collector Nation and the Collector Station store. Collector Station is a digital pack-opening platform for trading cards. To make this work we collect what's needed to identify your cards, process payments, ship physical inventory, and reach you with order updates. We do not sell your data. We only share data with third parties when it's necessary to run a feature you used (paying for a pack, identifying a card photo, etc.).

You can request deletion of your account and personal data any time by emailing info@radical.company.

What we collect

From you, when you sign up or use the app

Account info: email address, optional display name.

Phone number: collected directly by our own forms — account signup (you can sign up with an email, a cell number, or both), onboarding, the sell / trade-in form (required there, so we can reach you about your submission), and the back-in-stock notify form. It's also collected at checkout: by Shopify at Shop Pay, and by Stripe when you pay to ship a card out of the vault. If you sign up with a cell number, that number also works as your sign-in credential. Used for order confirmations, pack-ready alerts, restock notices, and follow-ups about cards you send us. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

Payment info: handled by Shopify and Stripe — we never see your card number, and we store no part of it, not even the last 4 digits.

Payout account: if you link a destination for cash withdrawals, you enter a label and the last 4 digits of that bank, PayPal, or Venmo account so you can tell your linked accounts apart. We store only that label and those 4 digits — never a full account number.

Card photos you upload: when you scan a card to add it to your collection or list it for sale, the photo is sent to AI-powered identification services (see "Third-party services" below).

Pack purchase history: which packs you bought, which cards you pulled, what you chose to do with them (keep, vault, consign, sell back).

Wallet balance + transaction history.

Shipping address if you ship cards out of the vault.

Automatically

Device & browser data: IP, browser type, OS, screen size — used for security and to render the right UI.

App usage logs: what pages you visited and what features you used, to debug issues and improve the product. No third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

Run the platform: pack purchases, openings, consignment, payouts.

Identify cards you scan and provide market value.

Send transactional SMS and email: order confirmations, pack-ready alerts, payout notifications, security alerts.

Send occasional marketing SMS / email about new product drops and features. You can opt out (reply STOP to texts; unsubscribe link in emails).

Detect fraud, abuse, and security issues.

Comply with our legal and tax obligations.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, etc.).

We do not share your card photos with anyone other than the AI identification processors listed above.

We do not use your scan photos to train any AI model — neither ours nor a third party's. (Internal aggregate statistics about scan accuracy are computed and stored, but the underlying photos are not used as training data.)

Your rights

Access: request a copy of the data we hold on you.

Correction: correct inaccurate data.

Deletion:delete your account yourself, in the app, at any time — Account → Delete account. No email required. We remove your account, collection records, and personal data from our live systems. Two carve-outs, stated plainly: we may retain transaction records for tax and accounting purposes per IRS requirements, and copies already written to our encrypted offsite backups are not deleted on request — those persist until the backup set they belong to is retired. We do not restore deleted accounts from backups. If your account still holds a wallet balance, cards we're storing for you, a live consignment, or a pack you haven't opened, we'll ask you to settle that first so you don't lose it.

Opt out of marketing: reply STOP to any SMS, unsubscribe link in any email.

Opt out of AI scan processing: manually enter card info instead of using the scan flow.

Account deletion is self-serve in the app (Account → Delete account). For anything else here, email info@radical.company.

Children's data

Collector Station is not intended for users under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we'll delete it.

International users

The platform is operated from the United States and your data is stored on US servers. By using Collector Station, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the US.

Updates

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here and notified via email or in-app banner. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the current version.
