The Feraligatr Neo Premium File 1 (NPF1) Japanese Holo is one of the most coveted vintage Pokémon TCG pieces from the turn-of-the-millennium Neo era. Released in December 1999, Neo Premium File 1 was a Japan-exclusive promotional set that debuted every Generation II starter Pokémon and their full evolution lines — all nine cards, all in one premium binder. Feraligatr, Meganium, and Typhlosion were the three holofoil chase cards of the set, making this Water-type behemoth one of only three holos to come out of NPF1.
