How Chase Packs Work
What are Chase Packs?
Digital packs filled with real trading cards from our inventory. Every card in the pool is a real, physical card stored in our vault. When you pull one, it becomes yours — we ship it or hold it in your vault.
Fair, transparent odds
Every pack tier has a published pool. You can see exactly which cards are available, the rarity distribution, and the odds of pulling each tier (Chase, Hit, Solid, Base). Nothing is hidden.
What happens when you pull?
Your card is immediately removed from the active pool — no one else can pull it. You choose to vault it (we hold it for you) or ship it. Vault cards earn toward your collection value and can be sold back, traded, or shipped at any time.
Sell-back option
At the moment of the pull you can sell the card back to the store at the posted buyback rate. Once you accept the pull and vault or ship the card, all sales are final per store policy.
All sales final
Per our store policy, all pack purchases are final. Digital packs are non-refundable once opened. The only exception is a failed transaction where no card was delivered — those are handled case-by-case via Support.
